End-User Licence Agreement

This End-User Licence Agreement ("Licence Agreement") is a binding agreement between you (either an individual or a company, or other legal entity) and 3rd Event Technologies ("Manufacturer") regarding use of the Advanced Music Construction System ("AMCS"). The term "Manufacturer" includes any direct associates and/or authorised distributors of 3rd Event Technologies. The term "Product" implies the AMCS system, software and any accompanying materials supplied by the Manufacturer.

The Manufacturer reserves the right to amend the terms of this Licence Agreement without notice or obligation.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this Licence Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Licence Agreement, do not install or use the Product.

Transfer Prohibited

You may not rent out, hire, lease, sell or otherwise transfer the Product, nor any copies of the Product. You may not disclose, make available, or otherwise redistribute all or any part of the Product or any copies thereof to third parties. In addition, you may not use the Product or any part thereof, in any form, in another product that is or will be distributed to a third party.

Reverse Engineering and/or Modification Prohibited

You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Product or any part thereof or otherwise attempt to derive source materials or create derivative works therefrom. You are not allowed to remove, alter or destroy any proprietary, trademark or copyright markings or notices placed upon or contained with the Product.

Limited Warranty

The Product is provided by the Manufacturer "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
